Jon Lehrer Dance Company is dedicated to maintaining the impact of dance through performance, education, outreach, community involvement, and collaboration. The professional dancers of JLDC work collaboratively towards a common creative goal, while maintaining and developing their own artistic voice.

Dancers are encouraged to show up as they are, wear their identities proudly and publicly, while also maintaining the right to anonymity and privacy around any personal demographic information that they would not like to share.

Any behavior that fails to uphold these values should be brought to the attention of the Artistic Director, Associate Director, and/or the Board of Directors, and will be investigated thoroughly through open dialogue and fair treatment.
